The inaugural season of the SA20 league presented a unique challenge: Launching and building loyalty for a brand-new team in the vibrant city of Cape Town while also connecting with the global MI Universe of cricket fans. DoubleShift partnered with MI Cape Town to navigate this exciting landscape, crafting a digital strategy to establish the team's presence and ignite a passionate following.

DoubleShift’s contribution towards the creative output of MI Cape Town’s social media presence has been immense since the inaugural season of the SA20 in 2023. DoubleShift not only provided creative services which tended to the team’s creative requirements, they also acted as our local culture experts who helped us navigate the communication quagmire and engage fans in a much more locally inclusive manner.

I was particularly impressed by their commitment towards the project in general, keeping in mind the differences in culture and processes between India and South Africa.
